Welcome to Sunday evening - lovely evening after a lovely day.  I have been out for most of it and enjoyed it very much.

I shall be off to bed very soon - it is early but that's where I need to be.  I am inspired today by the joy of friendship, the ability to just sit and talk - no music, no entertainment - just great conversation and much laughter.  Cherish your friends they are "heaven sent."  They love us for who we are not what they want us to be.

Nobody can make peanut biscuits like Mary Townsend, but this is a recipe with chocolate and peanuts and sounds delicious - let me know if you try it how it turns out.

Chunky Choc Peanut Cookies

1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
white cooking chocolate, roughly chopped
1/2 cup
dark cooking chocolate, roughly chopped
2
eggs
1/4 cup
peanuts
  1. PLACE ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. PLACE tablespoons onto a lined baking tray and top with peanuts. Bake at 180°C fan-forced for 20 -25 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray.

I have just indulged myself with a Double chocolate muffin  - there are just so many lovely things to make and eat.

Have a wonderful evening if night time is on it's way for you and to those waking to Sunday Morning - I wish you love and laughter and a happy day.

    Love and hugs,

"Friends are the chocolate chips in the cookie of life."
