Hope you enjoy this - it is a great recipe for children to make too.

It can be rolled into a large ball or made into tiny ones.

Today I found inspiration by watching a young Mother and her children - she was excellent with them and even though angry she was loving and kind.

I indulged myself with television in bed last night and wonder of wonders I didn't fall asleep.

Enjoy your day - find joy in the little things, a butterfly in your garden, a bird on the wing, the laughter of a child and just the special things that bring joy to your soul.  A quiet drink at the end of a busy day, tucking your little ones in for the night and a smile that gives your heart wings.

Love and hugs to all,

"If nothing ever changed, there'd be no butterflies."
